Manitoba Section April 2018 Luncheon

The April meeting of the ITE Manitoba Section will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 starting at 12 noon. The luncheon will be held at the Winnipeg Winter Club, at 200 River Avenue. Dave Fraser is a Professional Engineer who specializes in major Design-Build and P3 projects and Andy Heath is the manager of McElhanney's Infrastructure Division in their Edmonton's office.
