ITE Toronto – Toronto Eglington Crosstown Project

ITE Toronto Section working with Metrolinx has put together a technical tour of the Eglington Crosstown Project in Toronto on Friday, September 21, 2018. The tour will include visits to the Mount Dennis Station, including the elevated guideway, and the Caledonia Station constructions sites. PPE is mandatory to attend the tour. All participants will undergo a safety training on site. The tour is expected to start at 9:30am and complete by noon. A detailed itinerary will be shared with you soon.

A high level schedule of the event is provided below:

9:30 to 10:15am | arrive at 216 Photography Drive, North York to visit Mt. Dennis site (map attached)

10:20 to 11:00am | visit to the elevated guideway

11:10 to 12:00pm | bus ride to Caledonia Station site

Approx.. 12:15pm | return to 216 Photography Drive

Notes:

** PPE is mandatory to attend the tour. Safety training will be provided on site.
** Parking is limited at most of the sites; we highly recommend car-pooling or taking public transit.

A nominal fee of $15 and $20 is in place for ITE members and non-members, respectively. Students attend for FREE. The fees will be used to recover the cost of transportation for the tour.
