TOPIC: 25 Avenue S.E. LRT Grade Separation Study
This study was undertaken for The City to develop a recommended plan for grade separation of the LRT tracks at 25 Avenue SE, east of Macleod Trail, along with short-term improvement option recommendations for area road network and accessibility improvements for all modes. The focus of this project was to remove the LRT conflict in order to relieve the traffic congestion at the intersection, improving the accessibility and accommodation of all users, and optimizing the redevelopment opportunities in the area.
