CITE is Canada’s community of transportation professionals representing over 2,000 engineers, planners, technologists, educators, and students across the country. We are a Canadian registered non-profit corporation. Our mission is to:

As CITE has matured, we are faced with challenges with how best to communicate with our membership, potential members and the public within a rapidly changing digital communications environment. We currently make use of a variety of tools including website, email, social media, and quarterly PDF newsletter/magazine; however, we feel these efforts could be improved to better align with our strategic plan priorities.
We are seeking a qualified communications firm to assist us in developing a Communications Strategy that aligns with our overall organization priorities and that of our parent organization, ITE . The Communications Strategy would include a review of our brand and communications methods, offer strategies for improvement and best practices, and recommendations for an implementation plan that aligns with our Canadian membership’s unique identity. Please note that the timeline for the deliverable for this project is somewhat flexible. We will follow up with firms for a formal proposal. Preference will be given to firms who have worked in the non-profit or transportation sectors.
