Engineers, also referred to as CITE, and “website” means www.cite7.org.
Your access to and continued use of this Website constitutes your acceptance

any action we take with respect to your information that is in compliance with

COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION:
This Privacy Policy describes our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the information obtained from you through e-mail communications with you, whether general inquiries or otherwise, related to any of CITE’s products and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we may collect from you by other means (including offline) or from other sources.
What Information Do We Collect and How Is It Used?
Personal Information: Any personal information available to CITE is generally
received via the Institute of Transportation Engineers (hereon referred to
as “ITE”), which has been entered by you during membership activation, and
generally kept up-to-date by yourself. As part of our requirement for fulfilling
our obligations to members, we do access your membership information, including
your name, postal code and email address.
E-mail addresses are used to send member information, and to respond to general
inquiry requests. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are
not shared with parties outside of the ITE network.
Automatic Data Collection: As with most Internet sites, the website collects
a variety of technical data, including your IP address, domain, and web browser
information. Technical data is used only for the purpose of creating broad
demographic summaries of website usage and activity to assist us in providing
useful content that is tailored to be of most value to our users.

LIMITS FOR COLLECTING, USING, DISCLOSING AND KEEPING PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We limit the type of mandatory information collected by us to only the personal information that is required to accomplish the identified purpose of providing CITE’s various member services, as well as responding to e-mail inquiries.
