What if the Email I see is garbled?

What you are seeing is HTML which your email software does not process.

You will need to logon to the site and change your email format option. To do this on you have to log into the new site. Then you need to select "My Profile" from the top tool bar under the banner. Then scroll down to the "Email Format" option under your email address and click the button next to the TEXT option.  Click on the UPDATE button to save this change to your profile.

Any future email will come in a text format with hotlinks embedded in it. And it will be readable.

What if I forgot my login and password?

Go to www.orchestrabycrossdraw.com./cite.

Under the login boxes, where it asks "If you have forgotten your login information" click on Click here.

What if my email address changes?

You will need to logon to the site and change your email Address in your Profile. To do this on you have to log into the new site. Then you need to select "My Profile" from the top tool bar under the banner. Then scroll down to the "Email Address" option under your email address and click UPDATE button to save the change.

Any future email will come to your new email address.

Can I change my User Name and password?

Yes, you can change your User Name and password.

You will need to logon to the site and change your User Name and password in your Profile. To do this on you have to log into the new site. Then you need to select "My Profile" from the top tool bar under the banner. Then scroll down to the "User Name" option under your Account Information.  Change your User Name - it MUST be at least 6 characters.  Change your password in both the Password field and Confirm Password field - your password MUST be at least 6 characters.  When you are finished, click the UPDATE button to save the change.

You will now need to use your new User Name and Password to access the site.
