CITE 2012 - Winnipeg, MB, May 27th - 30th - Transportation at the Heart of it All

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

The Canadian Institute of Transportation Engineers, Winnipeg2012 Local Arrangements Committee, extends our invitation for you to join us at the 2012 CITE Conference and Annual General Meeting in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the Heart of the Continent. Situated at the junction of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers, Winnipeg is the capital of Manitoba and a vibrant and creative city that combines small town friendly with big city fun.

The 2012 Conference is being hosted from May 27 to 30 at The Fort Garry Hotel, a designated National Historic Site in downtown Winnipeg. This chateau-styled hotel was built nearly 100 years ago by Canadian National Railway and is located within walking distance of many local attractions, including The Forks National Historic Site, the city’s most popular gathering place.

The 2012 theme is Transportation: At the Heart of It All, and our Local Arrangements Committee is working hard to deliver a leading-edge technical program combined with an exciting mix of activities and social events.

What better location than Winnipeg to showcase your organization to transportation professionals from across Canada representing a wide variety of disciplines. Topics on the agenda include coverage in the general areas of planning and design, road safety, operations, and maintenance.

The exhibitor display area is located within the mezzanine area on the second floor of the Fort Garry Hotel. With only a limited number of display booths available, we encourage you to submit your registration form and payment as soon as possible to reserve your booth. This year we have made registration more flexible for you by providing separated meeting and exhibitor registrations. Professional exhibit services by Central Display have been secured to assist in meeting all of your needs.

The display booth includes the following:

  • 8’ deep x 10’ wide space with 8’ high back wall and 3’ high sidewalls
  • 6’ table, topped and skirted
  • Two (2) padded folding chairs

One power receptacle (Please provide power bar if required)
